After filing a copyright suit against BTS···even the amended complaint was ‘dismissed’
The U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia dismissed an amended copyright complaint filed against BTS and HYBE.
The plaintiff, Melissa Mais, had previously filed a lawsuit on August 25, which was initially dismissed in September.
The court ruled in favor of the defendants, including BTS, HYBE, HYBE America, and BIGHIT MUSIC, after the amended filing was also dismissed on September 22.
